Orders & Shipping
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are not able to edit or cancel orders after they have been placed. Don't worry-returns are easy and we' re committed to getting you the right order. Please reach out to us at here as soon as possible after your order is placed and we can help find a solution!
Inernational Shipping Disclaimer
Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Please look up your country's duty regulations to see if duties apply to your order. Stan&Co is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days ad takes 3-5 business days for shipping within the Taiwan. Typically orders will take about 5 days to ship.
International orders take at least 10 days for shipping.
Orders placed during the holiday season may take an extra day or two to be processed. We appreciate your patience!
Where can I track my order?

Where does my order ship from?
For Taiwan Customers, orders ship from our warehouse in Taipei, Taiwan
Other international orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai, China.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We cover shipping for all Taiwan orders.

Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
You can only use one discount code at a time.

Refund & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We are happy to return any product that is still in its original packaging and condition within 10 days of purchase. Return postage is not provided for any orders. Once we receive the products, we will check the condition of the products then issue a refund.
Please not that we only accept returns for products purchased from www.stanandco.com or our social media channels.
What is your holiday return policy?
We allow any purchases made during the holiday season extra time to be returned or exchanged. Any purchase made on our side from January or February can be returned or exchanged throughout March. Products must be in their original packaging.

Can I purchase Stan&Co products in stores?
Yes! Our products are sold in carious location around the world. These are independent retailers, so they may not carry our full line. We suggest giving them a call before visiting to see what styles they have. Reach out to us at here to see if there's store near you!
